Project Description
The Project Control System is a multi-client, multi-lingual system with an interface to its central SAP ERP system.
It replicates the organizational corporate structure, which consists of about 100 subsidiaries and 400 individual departments. In addition to monitoring all internal projects, all subcontracted services will be controlled as well.
System users are project managers, project controllers and management, which usually cover multiple different roles, often extending across project, cost center, departmental and country boundaries
The systems accounts for contract, budget, orders, invoices, payments, work reports and acceptance protocols, and their projects allocations. A sophisticated business logic tracks and checks the fulfillment of contracted services.
